Who you are:

We are looking for someone living in Sweden and fluent in English and any of the following languages: Polish, German, Italian, French, or Spanish (please don't apply if you are not fluent in one of these languages).
You’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Conversations give you energy, and you understand the value of good communication and problem-solving skills.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Manage and solve various customer support issues, from technical support to social media inquiries.

  • Answer feedback on multiple different platforms, both public and internal.

  • Work closely with all the different departments to understand and report user feedback and issues.

  • Be fluent in Swedish and Finnish
